Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, Lauren began performing at age 9 throughout theatres in the DFW area. She attended high school at her local performing arts high school, Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy. After graduating, she attended Texas Tech University and received her BFA in Musical Theatre in May of 2022. Lauren is a serious Dallas Cowboys fan and is always trying to find the best sunset spots in the city. In her free time, she enjoys curating playlists for every mood imaginable and facetiming her family back home.
